Unfortunately, the gates to the community have been left wide open for the duration of our 6 month lease. We paid to live in a premium “gated, secure” community which is not the case. We also paid for a transponder to operate the gates which is not obviously needed and have been told by the management that there will “be no concessions”. RecommendedGreat views of the lake from both bedrooms and the living room. The screened porch area is much larger than we thought it would be and will provide some wonderful memories while living here. Everything has been done to make this a first class place to live.
Awesome lake view. Quiet. Loves dogs.
Close to everything shopping food stores. Kroger public.

The setting. The admin people. The amenities (eventually). The proximity to shopping, health care, restaurants... and 278, but without any traffic noise. The simplicity and relative quality of the apartments, and the availability of garages and extra storage. The good value...
One Hampton Lake is truly an amazing place to call home! The management and staff are friendly and professional. The buildings, units, and grounds are well-maintained and beautiful! The amenities are amazing! With all of that, the best part of our community is the people who live here!
