They went downhill, at renters’ cost I lived at One Greenway from August 2021 to May 2025 while attending graduate school. My first year there was excellent — the building was student-friendly, well-maintained, and offered thoughtful amenities. Management hosted regular resident events, and there were small personal touches like complimentary apartment accent walls that made the space feel welcoming.
