One Greenway is fantastic! We're so grateful to live here. We've been residents for several years now, and the experience has been even better since the new management company took over (Air Communities). Since buzzuto left, the new management has consistently been uncooperative and sometimes plain rude. Drove all the way from Pennsylvania to pick up some govt issued mail, consistently communicated with the front desk and leasing office to mention we’ll be there to pick it up, had my passport/ID for verification. Guess what, they just said NO. I consider that pretty rude and unnecessarily inconvenient. We lived there for 2 years.

Since the transition to new management, this apartment has noticeably declined. Maintenance will give a 30 second warning text before entering your apartment. You will get nickel and dimed for everything here. The last managment had events every week, now the event board has "pet of the month". Shared amenities like the printer are always out of ink or paper, and if you ask they'll say the residents have been "stealing the paper". They don't text if you have a package, its completely unorganized and has caused loss. The wall... read more
