I lived here for a year while the property was managed by Air Communities, and I had a wonderful experience. I’ve been very happy with my move-in experience so far. Erin was there every step of the way and made the whole process feel easy and organized. Nicole was also great and super helpful throughout everything. An even bigger shoutout to Wesley, the service manager, who was there right away to help with any service requests I had after moving in. Move in was very smooth. Our primary contact Erin was fantastic in helping us with all of the logistics.
I recently moved back to One Greenway after living here in 2020-2021. While I’ve had an excellent experience with Erin (leasing manager) and Cynthia (concierge manager), who offer top-notch customer service, I’ve noticed changes since the new management (before it was Bozzuto, now no idea). There are no longer any weekly or biweekly resident events (Friday donuts, flower arrangement activity, etc.) - something that once made the community feel special (Bozzuto was great at this).
