Lived at 1 Glover from 2021-2025. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. A year after moving out, received an email from management saying I owe them $94. Never received a single notice from them this past year but now all of a sudden I owe them $94. Any remaining charges were deducted from my security deposit on leaving, on top of the 2 months rent buyout I had to pay to break lease early. Now magically I owe them $94 dollars. Do NOT chose to live at One Glover or The Curb. Save your money and sanity.

Great experience living here at One Glover. I worked with Josh Cam from the leasing office, he was thorough and made the entire process very smooth
