While the building itself and the amenities are definitely luxury, the management and maintenance experience has not been. Repairs for major issues such as broken washing machines and HVAC systems can take weeks and in some cases more than a month to resolve, even when the actual repair is relatively simple. Kathleen was a great help and made the touring/renting process amazing.
From my personal experience with sudden tap breakage this morning, the management was quite quick and helpful as I was unable to stop the water flow. Technician Mauricio Sanmartin helped out immediately through call and then he came by and fixed the tap as the knob was broken. It’s a very relieved experience as my tub was getting filled
Lovely building and amazing gym.
Spoke to a nice young woman in the downstairs leasing office Samayra and she helped me out with package issues. Super helpful!
