I personally love living here. There were a few incidents but the leasing staff has always been helpful to me. It is more of a go to work and come home and relax kind of place. Only reason for 4 stars is the parking. When moving in it wasn’t made clear of parking nor was it explained besides you can purchase a parking spot . Leasing manager is being helpful with providing me with all the right parking policies and information.
Scheduled a tour to look into leasing a unit and agent never showed up nor communicated rescheduling. Very unfortunate that they don’t take potential future tenants time into consideration.
Que edificio tan malo, no les recomiendo rentar con esta compañía. Malísimos. Precio demasiado alto para lo que obtienes. Salen hormigas por el baño, por la cocina. Te cobran fees por todo. Definitivamente el peor lugar donde puedes rentar.
The worst apartment I have ever rented. Terrible price for what you get. There are ants in the apartment, they charge for parking and you never get a spot. I have made the MOST noise complaints against the neighbor above with zero resolution- and it took me months to even get in touch with someone from the building to pretend to do anything about it.
