Horrible customer service - would not recommend! Had a horrible experience at this repair shop. I waited for over two weeks after dropping off my computer and had no calls. They would not answer the phone in their store, and they were closed even during their "normal business hours." After two weeks of trying, I finally caught someone before they were leaving and got my computer back (completely unrepaired, not even diagnosed). Great Local Computer Repair Shop! I took my computer in for repair (due to a virus) and had it back within two days, good as new! Mike, the owner, really knows what he is doing and is up front about costs, listed on his website. When you need a professional, I recommend Mike Hostetter, owner of One Geek!
