Moved in very recently. So far very happy, there were a few minor maintenance requests. Shout out Darryl though, was very helpful and professional. Even taught me a little bit about the unit and building! Jasmine at the front desk is also very great and helpful.
I’m only gibbing 4 stars because I’ve never lived here and don’t know what that experience actually is. However, I recently had the pleasure of touring Renew Logan Square , and I just have to highlight how wonderful the experience was. The building is stunning, beautifully updated apartments and top-notch amenities, but what truly made it stand out were Amy and Maurice. My experience at ReNew has been truly exceptional. The front desk staff is always friendly and reliable. Liz helped me move in during the frosty winter, and made the experience seamless and less stressful. Sara and Tarah were both wonderful in helping me move in during the holidays, and made the process a lot of easier. Darryl and the team are very dependable and responsive. As a long-time resident of the building, I wanted to reach out and share my appreciation for the positive direction the community has taken since ReNew Logan Square assumed management. Having seen several transitions over the years, I noticed a significant decline in standards following the sale from Forest City to Brookfield Properties.
