The best thing about this building is Jasmine the assistant manager. She really cares. Most efficient and helpful with a great attitude. Three cheers for her!!!

I wanted to rent from here but the security guard upfront was incredibly rude to me today for my tour. She scowled at my when I said “Hi, Im here for a tour,” and begrudgingly got off her cell phone to tell the leasing office I was here. She then didn’t even look at me when she told me where to wait. A very rude person who would worry me if I was a resident. Funny enough she gave the(white) people before and after us a different experience. That was odd for me.

So many people are moving out the former glory of OFT is gone! Also, if you are disabled and cannot walk down stairs, don't move here. If the fire alarm goes off, you will ... read more
