Community does not prioritize safety we have contacted then several times regarding the homeless person living sleeping and smoking illegal drugs on their property facing 17th st several times and their security team has not taken any action he is currently there smoking illegal drugs
One of the things I appreciate most about this community is how welcoming and inviting it feels. The atmosphere is warm, and it's conveniently located with easy access to several museums and cultural attractions. everything is just a short distance away, making it a great place to live.

Sarah, the new manager under the new management company was GREAT! Responsive and always around. She left after 5 months along with the assistant manager, Maurice. Since then you haven't been able to get anyone to answer questions, payments being cashed late (but you'll still get the late fees), foul smells by the elevators, vending machines that don't work, and you have to travel an hour out of your way to get your mail because, according to the mail carrier, she doesn't want to deliver the mail because of all the rat feces... read more
