I would have provided a negative rating if possible. For several weeks, I attempted to contact Focus Property regarding a rental opportunity, but my messages and calls were ignored. Despite initial reservations, I pursued the property due to my need for a rental. On July 15 at 10:01 am, I spoke with Christine and scheduled a tour for 3:30 pm. Horrible company with horrible people who will try to scam you into paying for things they are responsible for as landlord’s. RUN FROM ONE FOCUS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY UNNECESSARY FEES OR DEAL WITH THEM IN COURT FOR EVERYTHING! CROOKS!! 0 stars!! Edit: No see there you go being dishonest again. Make sure you have the right lease pulled out too because in court you guys didn’t even have your own lease to present.
