I live here and honestly for a place that has a gym,laundry mat and a bike room. It's fantastic to live in. Granted because we are nearby most public transportation rent is high. The stuff are amazing and so far after a few have come and gone. They stay consistent on helping everyone living here. I'm not sure how difficult it is to get a place here but the ladies that work in the office downstairs are super helpful.
I was hoping to live here but I guess it wasn't for me.
The super in this building is very Rude
I don’t live there but had a temporary work assignment. Superintendent was extremely racist, arrogant, rude and verbally abusive without any proper manner. All he does was there to confront people, lecture people and criticize people’s English, non stop! A nightmare to be there for just an hour.
