Located in Park City, Utah, we utilize the beautiful setting of the mountains with hikes, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. One Fitness Camp offers an all inclusive experience with healthy meals, and work outs including boxing, spinning, boot camp, weight training, and water aerobics.

This is a great program. They make you have fun while working you to your max. Life savers for sure. Its the best thing that you can do for yourself.
One Fitness is phenomenal! I have learned so much about how to take care of my body and live a healthy, fit life, for the rest of my life. My attitude about what I can accomplish and my sense of self esteem have soared! i'm so grateful to the amazing staff, who are remarkable people that encourage success and create an atmosphere that's warm and uplifting! Wishing to stay longer, but plan to return to this wonderful place that has been and will continue to be a turning point and blessing in my life!
I think they should offer scholarships. I would love to attend. Would really change my life.
It is my home away from home. Where I go to get grounded, to push myself and learn more about myself. I love the trainers, the atmosphere and the positive environment. One Fitness Camp can change your life. It did mine. ❤️
