I went there and we had a terrible experience. We had to wait from 9am to 11pm to see the doctor even though we had a 9am appointment. I was 10 minutes late once and the receptionist said I had to pay a late fee. I have been there 3 times alone and the previous two times I had to wait a long time ( 30-45mins). They always tell me to call to book a future appointment but even though I called 20 times no one picked up and I left a voicemail and no one called back.
