It has been more a month and my doctor didn’t receive test results from them. Don’t go there, worst receptionists, won’t answer your call doesn’t matter how many times you try.
Sadly I cannot recommend this clinic, and for several reasons. They have a one-size-fits-all approach and it does not ‘fit all’. The first red flag when we came here was being told to stop all supplements and work being done with other practitioners (ie: naturopaths etc). I’ve since then been told by my naturopath that Dr. A is one of the only physicians around that will not collaborate with naturopaths and other fertility specialists. KEEP your support team! I currently go to this clinic. They do not tell you anything about ANYTHING. They literally don't tell you what's going on with your body at all and give you 0 information on whats going on. The doctor barley talks to you. They are so short staffed that one of the front desk ladies helped with a procedure and saw my privates. The front desk is so unorganized they have not a clue what they are doing. This place basically expects you to not have a job.. they do not work with you on scheduling at all. Disclosure: This is coming from a couple with a background in healthcare, which I believe allowed us to question things more than your average consumer. My husband and I started going to One Fertility Kitchener in late 2023 and had nothing but consistent, terrible experiences. Dr. Akinsooto is a very good doctor, but the entire clinic is difficult to deal with, impatient, and always looking for a way to gouge more money out of you. We were told we had to pay hundreds of dollars for testing, which we later discovered should have been covered by our OHIP.
