Dr. Chun and her staff were outstanding. I was having difficulty seeing clearly with a new pair of progressive glasses that were made by another optical lab. Although the glasses were not made through their office, they took the time to carefully evaluate my vision, verify the prescription, measure the lenses, and help identify the problem. I had a great experience at One EyeCare. The office is very clean, modern, and welcoming, which made my visit comfortable from the moment I walked in. The providers were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They were thorough during the exam and made sure I understood my options. I was also impressed by their selection of glasses. The girls all even helped with frame selection. I would highly recommend.
I had my first appointment here about a month ago with my wife. We really enjoyed our visit. Paperwork was easily completed online. All staff were helpful and professional. Dr. Chun is an amazing optometrist. She is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She helped me find contacts that have improved my vision that previous optometrists overlooked. I truly appreciate her attention to detail. I would highly recommend this office!
EVERYONE was amazing!! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the technician who assisted me with the initial testing. Then I met with my optometrist, Dr. Chun, who was fantastic! so informative and made the entire experience incredibly pleasant.
