Carpets in hall ways on each floor are filthy. Trash area is disgusting and needs to be cleaned. The first floor study area has been unusable since August due to “renovations”. The unit moved into had water damage in the common area and scuff marks on walls from previous tenants. They refuse to paint the walls because “i only rent the room in the unit”. How ridiculous . STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COST! They try to reel you if with all the nice amenities and the sales pitch they give you during the walk through. But that can't be more from the truth once you actually sign the lease. YOU STUCK IN THE LEASE WHEN YOU SIGN IT! I had overlapping rents for June and July. So, I decided to sublet my apartment.
