Verified Renter One of the nicer buildings in all of Chicago Building is beautiful, amenities are awesome. This building is perfectly located and well maintained. Ended up being a bit above my budget but with GREAT reason. Will look at these apartments as my budget rises.

Alright amenities terrible construction Happy with the Wednesday morning bagels. Monthly events with free food. But really did not appreciate the cover up about the construction when signing the lease. It’s Monday- Friday 8:00 AM -4:00 PM. It’s horrible no headphones or ear plugs can prevent you from hearing the noise. Beware!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE The building carefully concealed the fact there will be construction with excessive noise. This was not mentioned during the tour or anything and within a month my life was a living hell. I was forced to break lease and the building only cared about extracting more and more money from me. I would not recommend anyone moving here.
Do not move here!! Do not move here!!!! Construction has been awful. If you work from home, you will not be able to work in peace or have meetings without disruption. When we resigned our lease they forgot to mention this conveniently. Everyone in the building has been moving out every week and we wish we could do the same. Management does not offer ANY concessions and has continued to raise the rent prices.
