My wife merged into the turn lane on Brandon while the owner(confirmed by watching a video they posted) was heading towards her in his truck, driving over the speed limit, and taking up the turn lane in its entirety. My wife honked, swerved into the traffic lane, came back into the turn lane, and made her turn into the parking lot of her destination.
