I am past PISSED right now! I received a new debit card in the mail, not knowing I had a new pin# also. Longer story short, i've been calling the ONLY ph# on file 313-965-8640 for over an hour and NOBODY is answering .... not even the auto-teller phone system is working. Basically my money is being held hostage and there's nothing I can do about it right now because i'm at work until 5 and they close at 5! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
What financial institution place a “6 business day” hold on a cashiers check and payroll check disbursed from a local bank??? One Detroit!!! I️ can’t with them. I️ have an EXCELLENT history with loans and banking!!! Horrible, you gotta wait 2-5 business for every transaction, they barely answer the phone, when the do answer you can barely hear them, and I tried to make an online payment of 44 with $200 in my account and it didn't go through no holds or blocks it just didn't go through but the 44 dollars wasn't in my account now I'm waiting 2-5 business days to get the 44 back. #Garbage
they hair employees that interact it doing fraudulent banking services. Then covered it up. And fire the employee later on. But did not take the time to go over all of his work to see all the fraudulent stuff he was doing there for costing people money
Once again the main branch makes it so easy to be a member! Candice is always a pleasure, knows me by name even though I don't even come in every month, and is a problem solver. Also, big help from he Branch Manager this morning, but I failed to get her name. Thank you for being a positive part of my Monday Ladies!
