Jessica - took the impressions, explained the next several appointments in the process (extraction of all teeth and going to full dentures - without implants), and explained the different levels of anesthesia (NOS, injections, and IV). I have used Dr. Morgan for years, he has always been very good to me. Our latest project was pulling my last two bottom teeth, implanting posts and getting a new bottom plate. It is 60 miles from my home to his office but I wouldn't use anyone else.

There was a new receptionist, she was quite nice, very friendly and an asset for customer relations.
You and your staff are wonderful. We talked, explanations were given so that I can do a better job taking care of my teeth, and I'm glad to be back.
I have been a patient for 15 yrs now. If Dr Morgan and staff were not good, I would never have stayed as a patient for this long!!!!!
