Well organized and has a system to do paperwork via text prior to arrival. Staff were very professional and courteous. Surroundings appropriately hygienic. Dentist very nice and explained what could be done if i chose to do more than just get my crowns fixed & teeth cleaned. No pressure to have other dental services performed. A real plus was also the “real” flowers in a vase in the reception area. Penelope
I’ve been going to One Dental for about three years now. At first I loved the modern office, TV screens in exam rooms, little gift bag of brush, floss etc. But lately I find the interaction with the dentist very rushed. My recent visit I had less than 60 seconds of his time. (I think he cycles around all of the exam rooms - one dentist for 5-6 patients.) I am very happy with my experience. Clean tidy office. Customer service was exactly as it should be. All the staff were polite and respectful. Wait times are short. No gimmicks or extra unnecessary services were being pushed on me. They were straight to the point which I loved. The services provided were quick and efficient. The lady who did my cleaning was awesome she actually removed some plaque my past dentists didn't achieve during a cleaning.
