I needed some links added to my wristwatch and was referred to see Melody by my friends who work at a local, Wichita hotel. At the shop, both Melody and her associate greeted me and were very friendly and professional. I probably could've been in-n-out within 5 minutes, but we had a great conversation, and they were sweet enough to share their recommendations on what to see and do in the area. Their hospitality was excellent, and I can't recommend them enough.
Waste of time. Apparently, they can not remove links from a stainless steel bracelet. However, they did recommend another place to try.

Great staff and very friendly and helpful.
Both ladies working were friendly and knowledgeable of jewelry. I was able to get a new watch battery, plus my jewelry cleaned.
