An amazing modern living experience with the best downtown vibes.
It’s an okay apartment, nice views and staff is pretty chill, just a bad area. I feel as though if you’re going to pay $2,000 a month there needs to be more of a better environment. There’s people all around the building causing fights, haggling you, asking you for money, it doesn't not feel safe. There was a fight in front of the building and it led to gunplay, the guy was shot and killed, he was also a resident of the building, there was no police, fire or ambulance to be found.
