I called in to discuss some confusion I was having regarding an appointment and spoke with a lady named Heather to discuss my situation. She handled me with professionalism and compassion. She made me feel like I was speaking to a friend. She related to me and was trying to make me feel comfortable regarding the appointment and my problem, I really appreciated her help.
Horrible experience. Very rude and unprofessional. You would think that they would care about the kids a little more
