Solomon was awesome! He quickly was able to fix my garage door roller that had come off the track!
I came home and found my garage door stuck halfway—it wouldn’t go up or down. The technician arrived quickly and discovered a cable had jumped off the drum. He reattached it, rebalanced the door, and checked for other damage. Thankfully, nothing else was wrong. The door is working perfectly now. Great service and a lifesaver on a busy day.
