Fresh food The food at One Caroline, while pricy, is well worth it. I just ate there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. They cook with all organic foods and they buy from local merchants. They have a Cajun flair to their food, but they will cook items to your spice liking. The market salad was AMAZING! The space is kind of small and I found the live music to be a bit overbearing.
