Tim repaired the roof on my 2018 Arctic Fox trailer. He contacted Northwood, the manufacturer and got them to warranty the work even though the trailer was almost two years old.Tim went above and beyond with the repair job, he came out to my house about 5 or 6 times taking pictures for the warranty request and repairing the roof. He made sure the glue and sealant were dry at each step of the job, which required numerous trips to my house. Tim is very knowledgeable, friendly and a hard working guy. Honest and reliable. Just got my brakes done. Tim talked me through the process and was transparent about everything. Quality work and quality price. I called another repair place and they quoted me almost twice the price that Tim charged me. We discussed future repairs, because I will definitely return.
