So far great experience at one canal! Staff is very impressive, and maintenance comes as soon as requested. There is also a very nice and great community in the apt. complex.
How the heck do I get off your text and email list serv? The manage notifications link in the email is broken. Very aggressive and annoying for someone not interested in your apartments.
The entire staff at One Canal is by far the most impressive I've seen. The concierges are friendly, helpful and engaging. The maintenance crew gets things done quickly and efficiently. The management is always ready to answer questions and solve problems. It was especially nice to meet others in the building at the holiday party organized by the One Canal staff. Great idea to bring people together. What a great building!
I love living here at One canal. Great staff & the customer service is unbelievable. Their always there to accommodate with anything.I recommend one canal to everyone I come in contact with.
