Jay did a really great job of diagnosing my shower leak. A prior plumber had taken a look and missed the real issue entirely. Jay was patient and methodical, he didn't advise just cutting into the drywall right away, but patiently investigated. He was also totally transparent about the costs and applied no pressure to use his services once the initial visit was finished. All around great service and I now have a leak free shower.
We had a persistent clog that others struggled to resolve, but Jay handled it efficiently and thoroughly. Incredibly reliable, fairly priced, and straightforward in communication. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for honest, quality work.

Quality of work poor. Called for kitchen sink drain issue. After the plumber arrived, I requested him to check main water pipe underneath sink by flushing hot water if there is any clog in the pipe bcz I did drain snaking recently (3 days ago). I wanted to check problem may be in the set up underneath sink. The guy took off underneath set up and flush hot water for about 5 minutes in the main water pipe and water was not backing up.
