BEWARE! Go elsewhere or get it in writing. We called to get a well pump replaced. Our pump was working but not properly. The job took an hour but he charged us for 2 people for 2 hours. Total lie and it certainly doesn't take two people to replace a well pump to start with. The owner didn't know what he was doing as he didn't plumb in a fitting to prime the pump. I had these guys come out and service my AC this past Summer. They were very professional and considerate. They made an appointment with me for 1:00 PM but they were running a few minutes late. The One Call guy called me to let me know he would be about thirty minutes late. He arrived at my house a 1:25 PM. Once the work was completed, the bill was as estimated. Trust and considerate!!

I had John from One Call, install a entry light into my Mom's house the other day. He did a such great job that my Mom, who will complains about everything, was even happy. My boss at work recommended these guys and I have to agree, One Call is a top notch company.

I would say they did fair to poor job. I had two outside faucets to be replaced. One they did a OK job but the other they melted the siding on the house. I think I would have taken it better if they would have told me of the problem but instead they just gave me the bill. After checking I saw the damage and the old faucet was just thrown over the side of the porch. I sent a picture of the damage to the owner and did not receive a call back. With so many plumbers in the Slidell area I will not use One Call again.

Great service, knowleble service personnel. The service personnel cleaned up behind themselves. Nice surprise!! Will call them again.

Our heater was not working. We called One Call, and service was provided on the same day. The servicemen repaired the problem, and performed additional troubleshooting & cleaning. The owner & servicemen was prompt, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them to friends & family. Thank you, One Call.

I had an air conditioner completely redone(installed) 2 years ago. Every summer I have had to make a call for service. Ice is building up on coils.I am very disappointed made a call again Fri Aug 13, was promised someone would be out to service it. Called as late as 6pm, promised someone would be out to service. As of today(Sat Aug 14) no one has showed up or called to reschedule.I am very dissatisfied of AC unit and customer service.Never had to get previous AC serviced as much as I have had to get this brand NEW one done.s... read more

This company is very professional and you can count on what they tell you. John is delightful to deal with and he listens, a trait not found much any more. The crew that finished installing my packaged heat pump (the first installer skipped town on me and did not finish the job) was courteous, knowledgable and cleaned up after themselves.
