Osman was very determined to fix an issue we had with a new ceiling fan. This included several visits by him and a helper. He finally corrected our issue and I was very happy with the work he did.
Dale called to let me know when he was going to arrive. He carefully inspected the AC unit, took measurements then surveyed the house with a program. Then he talked to his supervisor before coming back and offering me options to replace the AC with a new AC or AC /heat pump. I was disappointed that he did not leave a detailed written quote . But he allowed me to tke photos of his screen
Tom did a good job to identify the potential issues with somebplugs. He explained well the next step.
Joe was courteous and professional. And did a thorough inspection.
