This has been in the hallway for 5 months ! Carpet can't get ruined because it's a stained mess.
Leaving tomorrow after 6 months. The place is filthy. Dog poop in the hallways, stained and smelly carpet in the hallways, hate crimes and the only response from management “ one Boynton is not for you” they are correct. I am not used to living in a dirty, unsafe environment. Onwards and upwards. Adios. Not to mention the transient housing they provide for in season workers. “Estimated” water bills, rude manager I can go on but I would rather just leave. RecommendedI recommend Stacy....she is the bomb dot com. Seriously, I love One Boynton and the staff. The staff is amazing, personable, and timely. They do three events a month all of which are great fun. I lived here a year and just renewed my lease.
My car was stolen inside the parking garage and no one at this apartment complex seems to be concerned. I have had too many problems at this place. I can’t wait for the lease to be up. Not secure here at all.
Again, dog poop in the hallways and stairs. North tower. Third floor.
I’ve lived here for 3+ years now and love it. The staff is on point, attentive, and friendly. Maintenance works their tails off to resolve service orders. Any amenity imaginable is right here or a very short walk away (beach, restaurants, groceries, etc). Awesome view from my crib! 5 stars and 👍🏼👍🏼 from me.
Since my gf and I moved in last year, we can’t imagine living anywhere else. We walk over the bridge to the beach, there’s great restaurants all around us, we’re 2 mins from the highway, we have a great gym and the pools are a vacation at home. And there’s a parking garage to drive right up to our floor! The staff is honestly the best I’ve experienced in rentals and condo living! Gotta say it’s pretty great here.
