I did my therapy with Robert and he was fantastic. He was clearly knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns and more. He was honest and clear with me about how often I needed treatment with him and what I could do at home. He provided the education on what he was doing and what I needed which is really helpful, especially. The place was quiet, airy and clean. I would definitely recommend!
I came into One Body today for a free intro session and WOW! I had some knee pain and the physical therapist right away measured my range of motion and then gave me some exercises to do to help strength and increase my mobility. He also let me try out these compression boots that were amazing! I instantly felt better after my session.
