Salma was great!
Really happy here. The onsite doggy daycare is amazing. My dog is obsessed! Staff is great and friendly. I think the builiding is well kept and clean. My unit gets great sunlight. Leasing process with Rodyl was super easy. Commute downtown on the Blue is generally easy and fast. I forgot what it was like to have a stress free commute until I did it from OneBeachmont. So great!
A comfortable and well-run community. The property is clean and well maintained, and the management team is responsive and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, which makes everyday living smooth and worry-free. Recommended.
I scheduled a tour at this property. When I arrived, the front door was locked. I used the intercom to call the leasing office and no one answered. I called the property and was connected with their call center who informed me that calls are routed to them when no one is in the office. Unprofessional.
If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this property is not it. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Loud stomping and music blasting from neighbors. You can hear toilets flushing, people throwing up. It's like a frat house. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
