Lack of Communication and Poor Handling of a Privacy Issue! I’ve generally enjoyed my time living at One Back Bay, but a recent experience highlighted a serious gap in management standards. Window cleaners were positioned directly outside my unit without any prior notice. I walked out of my bathroom in a towel to find individuals immediately outside my windows. I would say for the price this place is just OK. I've lived here for a little over a year. The main issue I've faced is that there is a constant smell of weed and cigarettes that comes through my vent. I've reached out to management a few times and other than sending out reminder emails to residents nothing has been done. As a result I mainly stay at my partner's place because I can't take the smell.
