An exceptional eatery in Niceville. Consistently excellent food, and service.
We found this gem by chance on our way to Destin from St. Louis. The BEST shrimp & grits I have ever tasted!!! The shrimp appetizer was amazing, as well. The fries were a nice touch and that bistro sauce! My goodness!!! Our server was awesome too! I can't wait to visit again.

I hosted a group of 20 people at One20 a Modern Bistro on 17 March 2018. Chef Dan and his team provided an excellent seating arrangement and wonderful meals. Just about everything on the menu was ordered and served hot and delicious. The wait staff was very attentive, easy-going and prompt without being annoying. Thank you One20 a Modern Bistro for great food and service.
One20 is the best restaurant in Niceville hands down!!
We had the Smoked Tomato Soup and grilled cheese from Dan's food truck on the first night of Trivia. It was amazing!!

Never had a bad meal at any of Chef Dan’s places. Grouper was excellent, as was Teriyaki pork!
