Highly unprofessional behavior. I made an appointment for a visit. Told them my insurance had changed. Was told they accepted it and everything would be fine. I insisted they check and again was told it would be fine and to attend the appointment for a matrix procedure (note here that they pre accepted the diagnosis when I made the appointment otherwise they would have scheduled an office visit first to determine if a matrix procedure was warranted…) I attended the visit and was told when I presented my insurance that there ... read more
Lady Doctor & office personnel were all friendly, courteous, & gave information
From front to back all the staff is caring and helpful. Due to a miscommunication on our end for my Dad's appointment it was cancelled and Dr Pamela worked him in. I appreciated this very much as I live 2 hours away and it's a challenge to get over for his appointments. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive and pleasant one. Dr. Onderko explains what she's doing and why as well as any doctor I've ever seen. She wrapped a compression bandage around my leg herself rather than having a nurse do it. Grateful my pcp referred me to her several years ago.
