I'm giving this because I've had a stroke and my hearing aids wre stranded in the post office because I gave the wrong address. Not only did Donna at Salisbury find my hearing aids for me, but her and the team at ONDC fixed my issues and sent me back my hearing aids free of charge. I find it wonderful that this kind of service is around for those who have issues like this. Exceptional service from the receptionist, Donna, and GianLuca, the audiologist, who went the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible outcome with my hearing aids.

It was hard to get an appointment at first because they apparently didn’t need a referral from my GP, but couldn’t undertake any testing without the GP telling them what to test for. My GP didn’t know what to ask for, so we went around in circles. When I eventually got to see someone and had testing, it was a very positive experience. Have been with them for 2 years now and they are happy for you to call in with any issues, very friendly, and happy to help.
