Very friendly and professional team with facilities. Gianluca really took the time with me to explain how the tests were going to work, showed me the results and also explained in detail what the readings were and answered the many questions I had. I was well looked after and not rushed. It was genuinely nice to find a practice that provides time and genuine customer service with a level of comfort in what can be a slightly daunting experience for the first time. A big thanks to Gianluca for all of his help.
Monica Ly's professional approach, product knowledge and friendly demeanour completely overrode a very unsatisfactory experience with a "shopping centre" audiologist about 3 years ago, which really put me off exploring hearing aids. I would highly recommend Monica, as she is a very competent audiologist indeed, and more than happy to assist you make the decisions that are right for YOU. Premises easily accessible. Ample parking. Amiable and pleasant reception staff. Very thorough hearing assessments. Extended trial period available as needed. All equipment adequately insured.
