The staff at ONDC are very professional, caring and patient. The office manager, Sarah, was very nice and helpful. The audiologist I saw was Adam, he was very experienced, knowledgeable and kind. It is clear that he cares very much about what he does and the people he helps. Some of the tests I had to have done were very unpleasant, but Adam was able to put me at ease and I felt that I was in a safe environment. My audiologist was Clinton, very helpful and pleasant. The hearing tests were smoothly done and good explanations given, as well as advice on hearing aids.. ONDC definitely recommended.
My audiologist Monica was great explained everything she had to do very well , I was at ease. Monica not only was professional but friendly to , and can take a bit of humour . Thank you so much . Highly recommend

I really appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff at ONDC. Today my needs were met by audiologist Gianluca McKenna, ably assisted by Monica. They were both extremely respectful and efficient, explaining everything they tested for, along with the results.
