Power goes out anytime there's a storm and take some forever to repair it but boy they want to charge an arm and a leg
You got 1 star only because I cannot put 0. Power went out around 9:27 pm on May 26, 2025 in North Killeen TX. Only affected 14 people so no big deal we have over 500 people south of Hwy14 /190 without power and there property is worth more and nobody really cares about north side of town anways so we'll make sure Oncore fixes the money side. So at 6:30 pm on May 27th we finally got someone here to survey the problem. Part of the problem is the cables running on the poles in N Killeen TX are 70 yrs old and never been updated... read more
This is the absolute worst electric company I have ever had. If I could give them a much worse rating than this, I definitely would. The fact I have no choice but to use this company makes it even more frustrating. Our house has lost power multiple times and this company always takes its sweet time figuring out the issue. They have no care for the community and how their lack of professionalism as whole affects our livelihood. I pray and hope this company either gets its act together or finally disbands.

Oncore came and cut down some tree limbs on March 23,2025 because of sparking power lines. I was told someone else would come out and pick up tree limbs in 7-10 businesses days. Today is MAY 15, 2025 and they have yet to pick up!! I have called numerous times and spoke with managers which escalates it but they have yet to pick up even after continuing to tell me 10 business days.
