Terrible company, 2nd month i’ve gone without power for over 24 hours “because of a storm” even though a storm hasn’t been in my area, every time the estimate hits an hour before the restoration time they set it back 6+ hours. Trash company with worthless staff since it takes them that long to fix a power outage that’s affecting a small area. find a new occupation
Take over 4 months to approve a due date change. Excessive fees. I wish there were other options for companies. Coming from city of Austin to oncor is a nightmare!
Our company charges high fees for extended power outages. While unforeseen circumstances can occur, I am particularly upset by the recent experience of having a newborn. Despite having implemented necessary measures, I am confident that many other individuals lack such preparations. Furthermore, we are compelled to allocate funds out of pocket to ensure the proper functioning of essential systems.
