Difficult to get anything taken care of.
I currently live in the 75212 area and this is the 4th or 5 time our power went out this summer. Its hot!! its currently 2 am on a Tuesday!!! I have to work in the morning! Not to mention the mix of temperature in my fridge going up and down spoiling my food! Whats going on??? Second power outage in one night first one was at 6pm 8/19/25 currently 2:24AM 8/19/2025. Smh
Sitting here with no power in the middle of august with no hopes of getting it back. They said it’d be in an hour, and then kept pushing it. Now now power till 3am. My grandmother has no access to her oxygen machine and now her medicine isn’t being refrigerated. And Encor is not even pretending like they care to get to the transformer to fix it. Not a care in the world.
