I really appreciated the follow up from the MD he was kind caring attentive and thorough. He went through most of my medical records, which was really impressive because I have a lot of them. I really appreciated his time. He took extra time. He was extremely caring. He gave me multiple tips that I really needed. It’s doctors like him that really make a difference in patient lives.. overall 10 stars

3 weeks after major surgery and we only have had one call. All other appointments were extended and extended again. We were told one time that “we didn’t have the meeting because you didn’t respond to the link we didn’t send.” Note there was no link sent. How does one respond to a link that was not sent? I am sure that UCLA is paying this company, but in my opinion they don’t do anything.

Don’t know how they found about that my mother was recently discharged from the hospital. They scheduled a video appointment with her via a phone call they made to her while taking advantage of her age, and inability to differentiate OnClick from her treatment provider. My mother did not know who OnClick was, what service they provided, whether her own doctor had referred her to OnClick, etc etc.

This is a great company with experienced personnel. I dealt with Tony, and he was very professional and kind. Also, Benny is another amazing person, with whom it's always amazing to deal with. Thanks a lot!
