If I could give 10 stars I would. I have purchased from once upon a tile several times. This recent purchase was just a amazing as before. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The selection is sometimes overwhelming but the staff is there to assist in helping you narrow it down and make the perfect choice. They designed the layout for me and ordered just the right amount of stock, along with everything I needed to complete the project. Bought my tile there and just want one to understand fully the return policy....read your paperwork....don't go by the salesperson and what is said at time of purchase. They just want a purchase. Get your contractor to do your measurements and only purchase that amount ...again don't go by salesperson. They prefer you to order way more then what is needed. When you bring back full boxes they will give you a hard time on refunds. They pull out every stop possible to keep your money. Client satisfaction is not one of their bes... read more

Customer Beware!! Very Poor Customer Service on the part of the Owner!! It took a year to resolve a problem with porous defective tile!! The installer, who is related to the owner, refused to return to discuss the problem!! Nice people Poor Customer Service skills!!
We showed Jeannie our counter & cabinet sample, she pulled a few ideas for the shower & flooring. Both bathrooms we remodeled loved her idea!
