Elizabeth and her staff are highly professional! I was nervous about sending my 8 month old goldendoodle to be groomed because of the horror storeis I have heard of doodles coming out looking crazy. Elizabeth listened to everthing I wanted and my sweet pup came out looking like a million bucks and was so happy when he came home, which means he was very well loved during their care! May I add, he can be quite a handful! I look forward to using Once Upon a Grooming from now until forever!
I went there a few years ago when I was new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I usually paid $40 for my Bichon/Shitzu for his bath and grooming. Someone said this place was also $40 and it was close to home so I made an appointment and told her how I wanted him trimmed up good and when I went back he didn’t look like my dog and I was charged $50. Not happy. Never went back.
THE BEST. Oscar and Nala love coming here as much as any dog loves going to the groomer. They are dropped, get cleaned, cut and done. They do an amazing job and we are grateful to be a client.
Elizabeth does a fantastic job on both my dogs. I am extremely happy with her work
Elizabeth is the best. Santo always comes out of there looking great!
