I was in today and brought my items in a bag and the girls graciously offered me a box since I had forgotten. The girls there have always been nice and kind to me and I always get great service. I love that I can sell my daughters items and turn around and buy more on my account.
I have been coming to this location for 7+ years to consign and purchase gently use items. Today I was told that they would not accept my items because they are a nice canvas bag and not a box or a crate. I drove here from New Castle with my two children. We will not be coming here ever again. I encourage others who have not been treated well by this establishment to boycott them as well.
I was in the store in Glenwood springs yesterday, it had been awhile, the exterior was very appealing and it was neat and organized inside. The best part though was Renee greeting me by my first name as well as my kids. She and her staff are always so friendly, making it a great place to shop. Keep it up!

The new owner is a wonderful woman, and it translates into how she runs the store! Her staff is friendly and helpful, and they always interact so wonderfully with my kids! Whenever I need new clothes or shoes for my kiddos, I always come here first!
