Staff is terrible. Walked in there at 7:45 to donate clothes and an employee told me If I wanted to shop that she closed in 2 mins (they close at 8). Ignored and said I just have bags of clothes and she slammed her hands down and said “I can only take 3 bags” huffing and puffing. I said I’ll take it to a better location. Never will be shopping there again. Terrible attitude.

Roanoke is better. Did not have a good experience and won’t be returning 🙁. Cleanliness and customer service are lacking.
From not adding points to my account, to charging me $10 for $1 onesies and insisting i was lying, when the bar codes did not lie. I highly suggest making drive to another store or using a consignment shop.
