Recently visit the store and had a horrible experience. Let's start with the basics. I was never greeted by any of the staff which is ridiculous. The individual that I did speak with examined the baby bed that I brought in and started smelling the bed as if it had a stench. She then informed me as she was whispering that the bed was dirty offered me $17 for a Halo bed. I informed the lady that it was not dirty and it was dust that wipes right off. It would be REALLY helpful if you would send my check you owe me from June 10, and June 11! You promised to send my check and you still have not! I worked them hours and would GREATLY appreciate my check that you are holding! Otherwise I will just start coming each day until I get my check! You guys are running some kind of business because I know Im not the first you have done this too!!!

RecommendedThe store is organized, clean, and the staff have always been great to us even when they were crazy busy. I love that I can buy for both of my kids and not break the bank. I get compliments ALL the time on my kids' clothing and it almost all comes from OUAC.
