Careless customer service much better when old manager was there believe her name was melissa. Since then has gone down hill. Won’t be shopping there any longer.

I usually don’t post reviews but I want to say take your items to the Cary location it is so much better. The customer service is awesome. This Raleigh location is trash. Not only does the owner seem a little stand offish, the way she treats her employees is unbelievable. Every since the new manager left Melissa this store has gone to the wolves. Me and my sister love to shop here but I’m telling everyone do not go here go to Cary I don’t mind to take the drive out there just to not deal with this store. They will pick over ... read more
