So disappointed on the selling end at once upon a child. I swear I just took clothes with tags on them that rylee never wore and they will still not buy them and things from brand name stores used maybe once or twice before rylee grew out of them and they wouldn't take them. I like getting cheap clothes there but walking around and seeing some of the clothes they have that they r selling and then I looked at the stuff they won't take! I just want to say how upset I am that I bring in 2 totes of freshly washed and folded brand name clothes that took 2 days to go through and you send home 99% of the stuff. Not only do I have to lug all this back home but you didnt buy enough to even cover my gas! Also rather irritating that you post your buy clothes on the spot and it takes 2 days to go through them. Never wasting my time again!
I love the store. I always get good prices on the items i sell and the staff is always so nice!!! Can't wait to see the store after the remodel!!!

The trades you bring in they give you next to nothing for, it was somewhat insulting. And the clothes are cute and in good shape however the prices are to high for second hand. This place has gotten out of hand with their markup prices and doing nothing for the community .
I love this location! The past few times I've gone I have been amazed with the amount I got from selling. Today, I was in and out in under an hour with 10 pieces of new looking clothes AND $16.
I always have a great experience in here. The value and selection are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store is clean and well organized. I love my Canton Ohio Once Upon a Child:)
Be careful if you take clothes or toys in that have multiple pieces as a set. A few times now they've tried only taking pieces and parts and not the whole set.
