Last Tuesday I took a basket of practically brand new sheets, Aden and Anias blankets and nursery bedding items. I also had a lamp and mobile that were like brand new and only 1 year old. When I went to pick up my items there was a lot of things you wanted to purchase in the basket however when you offered me $6 for what was in the basket including the lamp and mobile I was appalled. Phenomenal staff.. just wonderful deals and caring/helpful employees.
I used to love coming here to shop for name brand clothing for a great low price. It seems that the prices have gone up significantly. Why should people be paying $6.50 for a clearly used Under Armour or Nike shirt when you can purchase a brand new one at Marshall’s or TJMaxx for $4.99?
I took 13 tote boxes of baby clothes ranging from newborn to 4t, as well as some larger items like a bathtub and diaper genie. When I went to pick up the remaining items i was in shock!! 10 of the 13 boxes of clothing came back to me and all of the toys, playmats, bathtub and diaper genie. Several boxes of the clothes don't even look like they were gone through and they offered me $134 for what they did take. Many of the clothes that were returned were brand new with tags, that's how I know they didn't go thru all the boxes.... read more
Very overpriced for faded, second hand clothes. You really have to look through everything and really double check each item for stains or tears. I did find a few items to buy for my toddler that were not seriously faded and outrageously priced. When I got to the register to check out I found out they do not take my debit card because it is American Express. Lost business.
Visited today from stow.....very roomy an organized store.... great selection of clothes and especially shoes!! Will definitely return!!�
