Extremely rude when I asked a question about selling an item. Really need to reconsider their staffing. I asked a question expecting an answer not a smart response.
Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude! There is no professionalism in this branch at all. The workers dress in appropriately for a children's store, they gossip about people's belongings as if they were teenagers, and they whisper about costumers. The clothing selection is great but it isn't worth dealing with the rude employees! I will never go again and I will be telling everyone to find another resale shop because Once Upon a Child is the worst!
I've been shopping here for about 9 years. Over the years I've recommended it to many people. I tell them the people that work there are rude but the selection of clothing is so good, I'm willing to overlook the employees including the owner. I drive about 30 minutes to go to this location. I have been shopping here for over 15 years. Great store. Nice clothes. Couple complains: Wish they had a ladies room. I used to frequent the store maybe 1-2 a month and spend $50-75.00 each visit until the staff (short blonde hair, has daughters) stated to me on several occasions " you come in here too Much." or "Do you need to come here so often?" with a kind of nasty tone! I have frequented this store on about 3 occasions. I come to visit family and always make a special point of visiting while there. I think they have a great selection and I am very picky about my clothing and I buy a lot which is why I appreciate the great price. I have received the cursory glances from the staff when my chilren venture beyond the play area however, I always have my mom or sister there to assist in the corral of the kids.
