Terrible customer service! I will be shopping at a different once upon a child just because of it. It's not hard to treat people with respect. Very low class!

Pros: Play area for your children & Very Well organized. Cons: Worst customer service ever, if you want to feel like a 2nd class citizen, go here. The staff are cold, and if you ask a question, expect the women to be annoyed that they need to stop socializing with their fellow co-worker. Also, their prices are rather high and they do not include pictures of the infant play mats they have stuffed in sealed bags. I was there on a Saturday to sell items. I appreciated the girls being honest about the wait for them to sort through my items! When I returned they were almost done with my tote and apologized multiple times for them not being ready when I got there! I was able to see why they weren't ready quickly because there were only 2 of them and the store was slammed!! I shop here at least once a week and always have a pleasant experience. The ladies have been extremely helpful both over the phone when I call looking for something and also in the store. They are pleasant, personable and always willing to help! I've been on the hunt for Disney gear for our upcoming trip and they helped me find several items. They have also helped me to find coordinating items for my three children for holidays. The prices are reasonable and the clothing items are always in great condition. Highly recommend!... read more

I went to this store three times once to sell and that I had no complaints for. Though, I did take my time looking around the store which often people do with these types of selections. Just like everyone else on here mentioned and happy I am not alone here. These two female associates are the most miserable people I have encountered in a long time! I come to this store at least once or twice a week since it is literally right down the street from me. They have a lot of selections and if you take your time looking, you will find good quality clothes and some reasonable prices. The only problem is the workers can be very rude and they gossip too much and talk crap about people, not sure if they're talking about customers or their friends but either way it is very unprofessional. I was in the store today and loved it. Despite the reviews I have read the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was looking for a pack n play and booster seat for my grandson and they were more than willing to assist me. The store is well kept and prices very reasonable. Being on a budget I found the quality to be worth my dollar. Give the store a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.
