The staff is amazing!!never have a problem when I go. Seems like everyone who has the problem forgets it's a consignment store. The clothes are used that's why it's not being sold at belk or target. I personally love it since I have twins I'm in there often. They run through clothes left and right! I've gotten plenty of stuff from there clothes and toys. Rock and plays my changing table all amazing items for a great deal. About to head over and get some stuff now with their 70% off sale!
I really like Once Upon A Child! I have a almost 2 year old grandchild, and the store has so many jeans to choose from as well as shirts jackets and everything else. Most look new!
08/27/17 ⛤ While we got to the store at 4:59 to use the thing that the owner offerred us, they had already locked the door and turned us away. This is after we called to try to reschedule and the manager was less than pleasant, on the phone. They wasted our time on the 25th, and today, the 27th. We have enjoyed this store for years, but their customer service is unacceptable.
