Went for the first time at this location today! VERY unorganized, clothes, toys and shoes all over the floor! All of the shoes were not put up by size..boys and girls shoes (and clothes) were mixed up completely!!!🤦🏼♀️They had several employees working so you would expect it to be a little cleaner and neater then it was! I don’t typically leave bad reviews but this one was needed, sorry but we won’t be back! 😕
Once upon a child is okay if your buying clothes but make sure you check them extra extra good because I've bought clothing from this location stained and one with safety pins in it that stabbed my 7 year old which I found careless. Customer service is horribly I've never meet one nice or polite employee from there and dont even waste your time bringing clothes and stuff in for sale if you want even close to what they are worth.

Worst experience ever! Will not be returning here! I can see from other posts I’m not the only person who had a bad experience at this store. The employees are rude as all get out and didn’t even bother to look through my things. As soon as I walked in, they stated that they only buy things until 7pm. Which the hours listed are from 10am-8pm. On the website it clearly states that this store buys ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. There is no specific time listed. Will never sell to them again, was told 25 mins had to wait 90 mins
their clothes selection isnt very good. and when you take stuff to sell they give you nothing. i took 6 pairs of brand new brand name shoes there and got 15$ they were Nike and New balance one was still in the box with the papers in it. their business robs others of the money they deserve for their stuff. and they try and make to much off of it.
I LOVE Once Upon A Child in Goldsboro! My very favorite place to shop for my little girl for beautiful and trendy things at amazing prices! I've always been happy with the offer I was given when selling back her things she's outgrown too. I also have experienced nothing short of the best friendly customer service! This will be our first stop when looking for something we need through her growing up years!
