I bought a floor bouncer from them. My son ended up not liking it so I was going to sell it back. They would not take it. They said it was unsteady. My son only got in it a hand full of times. It was in the same condition as it was when I bought it. Plus iv sold alot to them as far as clothes and they are so knit picky. They say they will not buy stuff with stains but iv picked stuff of the rack that had stains....
I personally like this Once Upon a Child location. I do wish there was more clothing options for 12 month and up boys clothes, as well as girl and boy shoes that aren't ragged. But over all, we always have a good experience!
The employees are very respectful. I enjoy it every time I go there.
I always have a good experience in the store. The associates are usually very helpful and we find great items. I actually have to monitor my husband in the store or he goes a little crazy on finding clothes for our 3 month daughter. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.
