first of all the majority of the employees were rude. especially the one with blue hair. there were a few that were nice but the rest were rude and hateful. they didn't look even slightly happy to be there. which I get it it's work everyone would rather be somewhere else but at least fake it around customers.
When your littles only stay in one size for a short time, why buy full price? Once Upon a Child Electric Road has a huge selection of gently used baby clothes. Every time I’ve shopped there I’ve found like brand new clothes for my rapidly growing son! If you’ve got a little that’s growing super fast, get your gear here!
great place to buy nice clothes for kids that grow out of things really fast
I was able to go for the first time ever and I love this store. All the employees are super nice as well!

This place is a complete joke... we were unloading our stuff in the parking lot (stroller bag of clothes and a toy) and the manager (I assume he was anyway) come outside and accused us of selling our items to the other customers...then when we got inside the employees were rude and had attitude. Told us they would text us to let us know our stuff was ready. We waited over 2 hours and no text. So we went back to the store and the employees gave us dirty looks...all this trouble for us to get $5.35 back for our stuff they did ... read more
